This month’s featured assistive technology is the Magnetic Wristband, a simple yet powerful tool designed to make maintenance and repair tasks more efficient. These wristbands securely hold small metal items like screws, nails, bolts, washers, and drill bits, keeping them within easy reach and reducing the need to fumble through toolboxes or pockets.
Whether you’re working on the farm, in the shop, or around the house, the magnetic wristband is a great example of how assistive technology can support independence and productivity. If you are interested in finding other assistive technology items to make life on the farm easier, check out the assistive technology toolbox here: http://www.agrability.org/toolbox/
