Jeff Kratochwill is the Lead Rural Rehabilitation Specialist on the Easter Seals Wisconsin FARM Team. He has worked for Easter Seals for over 13 years after working for other disability organizations. Jeff was born and raised on a dairy farm in Southwest Wisconsin where he still helps his parents today. His educational background is in Occupational Therapy and Business Management. He holds an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification through Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of North America (RESNA).
His primary work duties with Easter Seals Wisconsin is to work with farmers with disabilities improve their ability to work on their respective farms. He travels to the farm throughout the State of Wisconsin and meets with them to discuss challenges and possible solutions. He will research potential modifications and adaptive equipment needs and can refer to supports services as available.
